A.M.: What a great day for a race! I was hoping to run a 6:15 pace but overall i am happy with the results. I am thinking i was 10-15 seconds behind the girl in third place and 25 seconds behind Bill Mandler and 45-60 seconds behind first place. These are just guesses now.

I thought you would finish faster. Great work though.

Barry, Very nice.. How did things go? Isn't that faster than your average pace for the half the last time I saw you at SlC?

Kory, i am happy with my results. I did run fifteen miles yesterday at a 7:08 pace. So overall i am very happy!

Steve thanks, my average pace for my PR half is a 6:37. I felt things went really good. And the reason why is i ran fifteen miles on Friday at a 7:08 pace.

Barry, Barry I was joking. That's great results for what we ran yesterday.

Great job especially since you were just training through this race!

Thanks Jim, I was wanting to see how my legs would do after a long run. And i think my legs did good. Now, your next race is the end of this month?

From Sasha Pachev on Mon, Aug 10, 2009 at 19:17:41 from 64.81.245.109

Solid race. That 4:58 mile that you ran a while ago is beginning to get unearthed.
