I have had a lot of health issues this year. So getting the place and time i got is a good thing. I have not decided if i am going to run the Pocatello Marathon, 10k race this year. I have only ran the course once this year and still having issues with my back. So i am not sure what to do? Any suggestions?

There were 7 finishers in the Male 40 to 44 age group and

What seems to be the issue? Still the sciatica?

Yep, driving the forklift has hurt my back. Which caused my sciatic nerve to flair up. But I am 80 yo 90 percent healed. The race is in two weeks.
