I have to say that i am really amazed on how well i did. I was hoping for a 1:30 at best, but a 1:27:02 that is awesome, which it is a PR for my by two seconds. I am not sure why the official time and my time was off by two seconds, but i will take it, with no complaining. All i can say is that it was a God thing. I was feeling good through the whole run, i had a goal of running my last mile the same as my first, i did not accomplish that goal. But it did help me not to start out to fast and that is what i wanted, so in a way i did accomplish my goal. I am a little upset though why, i am glad you asked. Because when they started the 10K race and the runners took up the whole road and i had a very hard time getting through the racers. Oh well. I am very happy and really amazed on how fast i was able to finish the race. When i was talking to my wife after the race, she told me that if she was to blink she would have missed me finishing the race. Anyway, i am really pleased with the race. Thanks for reading and have a great weekend! :-)
