Later: I ran the eight miles in 7:23 with a 0.5 incline. I was in a hurry, because church was let out late. But it was worth the extra time in church because I really learned a lot.  Also, I am trying to figure out what to do for New Years, any suggestions? Not much else to say, but have a great day!

Later: Today my legs were a little soar, but not too bad. I ran eight miles in 7:53 with 0.5 incline. I have been wondering something and I could use some help. I am have a hard time knowing what to do to build my core training. I am trying to get my mileage in, but I am not sure how to build my core. I really could use some suggestions if anyone has any. I been doing set-ups, but I think there is more to do for running. My goal for the half marathon is 1:20 and I know I can not do that alone with just running. So any suggestions would be great. Boy, was my legs soar today! I ran six miles at a 7:58 pace with an 0.5 incline. I am going to try to run this afternoon, but i am not sure how that will go. Anyway try to have a Great New Years Eve day. 

Afternoon: Nice easy run of four miles at a 8:36 pace with no incline. I felt a lot better running slower.

Could not run very much today so i ran five miles at an 8:00 pace with no incline. But i do have to say coming back from Salt lake really sucked. The driving conditions was really bad. Have a good night!
