My legs were really tired this morning. My first mile was an 7:55, but after that my legs started to warm up and i was able to get an 7:08 average. No second run today and i am glad because  i need a break from two a days. Anyway, not much planned but work and get ready for my trip to Vegas. I can not believe i am going to be there tomorrow, wow. Thanks for reading and have a great day! :)
