Ran three miles today, at an 8:57 pace. One good thing happened today. I forgot to take my pain medicine, so I was really worried how my shin would be but it was a little more soar than usual but not too bad. Then I used the elliptical for a half an hour, so I was able to get 1.25 mile on it. So over all not a bad day. I am learning something new and that is my knee on my right leg I starting to give me problems. So I guess I have to go to the doctor again. Thanks for reading and have a wonderful day….. J

Barry, I wouldn't go to the doctor give it time to see if it will come out of it. I will think your having shoe issues, and need to buy a better pair or some that fit your arch.

Thanks Kory,

Do you have any suggestions for a light weight training shoe? Also, i was thinking about you being tired when you run in the morning. I think you should try drinking that drink that Dr. Willie came up with the per running drink. Remember i gave you some to use before we went running? I can give you some more to see if that helps you or not. In my opinion I think that will help you a lot.

Light Weight shoes:

Saucony Tangent 3

Avia Lites 2

Mizuno Elixir 3

Asics GS Trainers 13

I don't need anything to take. I don't like drinking or eating anything before my morning run. It's caused from the lack of sleep lately. I'll gain that sleep back and be okay :-).

Glad you went to the Doc! It is always nice to get the problem early on :)
