Nice day off! I had a great time at church and great day with the wife. We went shopping and watched the movie "Push." My plan for this week is to only run 50 miles and get back to doing my sit-ups again. Have a great week!! :)

Nice easy seven miles this morning. My pace was 7:50 with 5.0 miles at a 0.5 incline and 1.5 miles at a 1.0 and 0.5 mile at 1.5 incline. I do have to say that running the longer runs on the weekend help me to not really notice the increase of my incline.  And i really enjoy the longer runs. Well no running this evening because i have to get ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow is a big day for me! Anyway, have a great day and God bless one!!

Today is my thirteenth year of marriage! :)

I had a good day of running! Ran seven miles at a 7:23 pace with my normal 5.5 miles at a 0.5 incline and 1.5 at a 1.0 incline. My legs are starting to feel good and wanting to run faster! Not much planed for today. My wife has a dinner and a movie planed for tonight and I have to work all day. Plus, today is going to count for our wedding anniversary and valentines because my wife will be out of town. So I could use some ideas for something nice to do for her today! Any suggestions? Thanks and have a great day!! :)

Ran seven miles today, with 3.5 miles at 0.5 and 3.5 miles at 1.0 incline. I received my new shoes last night (Under Armor) and so far I really like them. Not much going on today, except my normal work. I forgot to do my sit-ups last night so I have to remember to do them tonight. Plus I have to finish the movie I started last night “Miracle at St. Anna.” The movie is two hours and forty minutes long and I am only forty minutes into it. Anyway have a great day! Also, I have been doing something really neat at work. What is it you ask? I have been listening to the Bible on CD and I really have learned a lot. It started out that I just wanted to listen to revelations and then I decided to listen to the whole Bible and I have really enjoyed it and have learned a lot.

My run was ok today, but I did start to get a little sick while running. I think it is the food that I eat before running. I ran seven miles at a 7:29 pace with 3.5 @ 0.5 and 3.0 @ 1.0 and 0.5 @ 1.5 incline. I think my body is adjusting to the increase in the incline. Not much planed for today work, Juvenile Detention center (Chaplain) and then maybe Lava Hot Springs. Then tomorrow I will be running eleven miles with Kory. I really am thinking about running the Pocatello Marathon. So in a couple weeks I will start my training on the course. I am thinking about doing what Kory told me he had to do to train for the course. Run twenty miles of the course one day a week for seven week in a row. I really am thinking about that really hard. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a Great day!
