I have to go right now, so this will be really short. My pace was 07:01.45. I will write more later.

Later: I went to Boise to watch my nephew play soccer and they won :). It was a great game to watch! Anyway. Here are my times per mile.

1. 6:10 Feeling really good, due to the fact that it was down hill.

2. 6:26 Same

3. 6:45 Rolling Hills.

4. 6:44 Big hill, the first of two

5. 6:47 Feeling good

6. 7:01 A little hill here and there.

7. 7:18 Big hill, the second of two

8. 6:59 Getting better

9. 7:07 Rolling Hills

10. 7:12 Rolling Hills

11. 7:45 Rolling Hills

12. 7:47 Rolling Hills

13. 7:34 Kory came back after winning the race and paced me.

Thanks to Kory for helping to pace me the last mile of the race.  I am now taking two days off and then i am going to start back slowly. I think i am done racing for the year. Now i am going into training mode until next year. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Thanks, it was not an easy course. Also when you have great friends to help you out that really helps a lot. The last mile of the course my friend Kory who just won the race came back and paced me the last mile. Let me tell you that made a big difference.
