My overall pace was 6:15 and my max pace was 4:14, and i did the 4:14 at the end of the run.

I was feeling good after falling in the bath tub yesterday. There was oil in the tub when i was getting in the tub and yea i fell and i fell hard. But, the good news i was taking an ice bath so that helped with the swelling.

This is not a PR, but i was feeling really good, and during the run i had to slow myself down a little so i would not die in the end. But i keep passing people and that was awesome.  I used the suggestion that Kory told me to do and it worked and it worked very good. Thanks Kory! I thought i was in first place, but the lead group was so far a head of me i did not know that there was someone my age up there. I am happy with my time and place. So thank you Jesus for all your help!!
