Have to go. I will tell more later.

Later:  Today’s run was interesting one.  My leg was giving me problems in the beginning and also my Garmin watch. I was able to run through my leg, but my watch was a different matter. I had to stop around mile five and fix it. The problem was that my watch was telling me my average time per mile and I wanted my per mile time now.  But before I stopped to fixed it, I found some money. So for today I was paid to run my 15.06 miles. I was paid so much that I can now go to McDonalds and buy me a hamburger.  As you can guess I found two dollars, which I stuck in my shoe and finished my run :). But I am now two dollars richer. I was trying to keep my pace around 9:00 minutes per mile, I should not try to fool myself like that. My legs like to run around 8:3?. My average pace per mile was 8:30.  Ok, well here are my splits.

Today's run was very pain full. My quads went from soar to pain pretty fast. I am thinking i am going to have to go back to the doctor and see if i am starting to get a hair line fracture. My right leg hurts in the beginning and slowly and i mean slowly goes away to a dull ache. So i am stuck on what to do. I guess i am going to take tomorrow off from running give my legs a chance to heal and get ready for a ten to thirteen mile run on Wednesday. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a GREAT Labor day off..... :)

Today's run is over, and i was hurting. My over all pace was 8:50. That is it for the rest of the week, or should i say until Sunday when i run 20 miles. I am a little nervous because i have only ran 20 miles once in my life and i thought i was going to die. But i did run 15 miles on Sunday and 20 miles is only five miles more. I am trying to give myself good thoughts. Anyway, i have to go to my wife's family reunion this weekend. So i will be running my 20 miler in Rupert. Thanks for reading and have a great day and weekend!!!
