Wow,

God does miracles!!! When I started out my first mile my leg started hurting, but I thought nothing about it and kept running. But as time kept going on and on it was getting worse and worse to the point that I was about to stop. And I kept praying and praying asking for Gods help and just when I was about to slow down, I SAW GRASS. That is what I needed, because running on grass is not as hard on my leg as cement and asphalt. As soon as I started to run on the grass my Pain went away and so every chance I had to run on grass and dirt I took it, but I did get a lot of weird looks from people cheering us on. Actually people had to move out of my way so I could keep running. But I did it!! So here are my times for the race,

1. 8:39

2. 8:32

3. 8:43

4. 8:20

5. 8:17

6. 8:18

7. 8:08

8. 8:28

9. 8:26

10. 8:28

11. 8:32

12. 8:57

13. 8:29

.29 2.33

Over all 1:52:56 with the overall pace of 8:29

Today tired a new stretch and foam roller on my leg and it seemed to help out. I ran 4 miles in about 32:43 which is about 8:11 pace. I have decided to stretch my leg four times a day and see how I feel from that.

Good day of running!! I ran three miles at 22:04 @ 7:21 pace per mile, and two miles at 16:04 @ 8:02 pace. Today at work and home when ever my leg started to hurt I did some really good stretching on it and it seemed to help out a lot. I guess the reason I am keeping up my intense workout is because I would like to run another half marathon in January. I would like to run a race in Arizona, any suggestions?

WOW,

What a day of running, I was hoping to run at least 8:00 minute miles but I did not do that; I ran 7:49 per mile!! I am hurting right now. My schedule says to run eight miles today, so I changed that to ten miles. My total time was 78:13. Also, my leg was feeling GREAT, all I did was every time it started to hurt I stretched it and that made a world of difference.
