Good run this morning. I was able to meet my goal this morning. I ran a mile warm up and a mile cool down and eight miles between 6:45 to 7:05 and my goal was between 7:00 - 7:05. I am really surprised how well my legs are doing right now and that is a very good thing. No running this afternoon. Thanks for reading and have a great day! :-)

Nice start to the week and you are recovered nicely from the weekend 10k. I am going to try to run a 10k next month. I have never broke 40 minutes so that is my goal.

What a great pace and run, Barry! I second Jim! You are awesome. I can't wait to see your huge time in the marathons coming up :D

Jim, Good luck on your 10K next month. Have you been doing any speed work?

Benn thanks, I decided to put off running a marathon until next year. I just do not feel ready for one just yet. When do you start school again?

Barry, I haven't been doing much speedwork. I have been trying to get my mileage back up after a couple of down months then hopefully I can add a touch of speedwork. What are you shooting for in the upcoming half? I think you are in for a big improvement.
