Today is my thirteenth year of marriage! :)

I had a good day of running! Ran seven miles at a 7:23 pace with my normal 5.5 miles at a 0.5 incline and 1.5 at a 1.0 incline. My legs are starting to feel good and wanting to run faster! Not much planed for today. My wife has a dinner and a movie planed for tonight and I have to work all day. Plus, today is going to count for our wedding anniversary and valentines because my wife will be out of town. So I could use some ideas for something nice to do for her today! Any suggestions? Thanks and have a great day!! :)

Send your wife a dozen roses to work, or you could surprise her with Jewelry.

Nice runs Barry. The snow was great running outside today. It felt so warm.

I was informed today that Gina did not want flowers and if i bought her some she would get really mad. Also, I guess i am going to send in my Garmin to get fixed. It is a lot cheaper than buying a new 305 and they have a warranty if it breaks. Thanks for looking at it! I was thinking about running eleven miles on Saturday instead of ten. Is that ok with you? How about 7:00 A.M Saturday and same eleven mile course as last time?

Thanks you. Gina was going to go to Boise, but now it looks like she is not going to go. But then she might, i don't know what she is doing. She wants to spend time with her daughters. And you are very right about God giving me a Queen and a wonderful woman. She is such a blessing to me along with being awesome person! We had a Great dinner and wonderful evening! Thanks for the message and God bless.
