Good run today. Kory and i started out running together, but Kory had to be home at a certain time and he picked it up more than me. So i am not sure how far he ran, but i ran ten miles at a 6:49 pace. I think i was doing good until 7.5 - 8.00 miles when i felt i had lost all my energy and was struggling to keep a decent pace, then around mile 9.00 i was able to pick it back up and have a good finish. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!

Hey we all have bad moments or minutes on some runs, way to go on the 10 at that great pace :)
