Morning: Ran on the T-mill today. I was thinking about running more miles, but due to time and mp3 player problems I was not able to run more. I was able to run seven miles at a 7:17 pace with a 0.5 incline. Not much planed for today, but nap and movie. I did find out more information about my son going to Iraq, he leaves in August and he thinks he will be over there about seven months and I think he will be gone longer. But at church today I had them pray for safety, so now I give it to God and let Him take care of the rest. This week I will be running 65 miles with Friday being my long day of running 15 miles. Then next week I will run 75 miles and then start my three week mileage cut back for my race in April. Thanks for reading and have a great day and week!!

Evening: I had a really good run tonight! I decided to try something different and run before bed instead of getting up and running at 3:00 in the morning. I am not sure if that was a good idea or not.Because I ended up twisting my left ankle twice during my run once at 2.18 miles and once at 5.18. But i really had a good run as you can see by my times. So please pray for my ankle, thank you! Thanks for reading and have a great night.

I am not sure what is going on with me, but I will take it. I am wondering why my times have gotten faster from running in the morning to running at night. Maybe it is because I am eating a couple of hours before I run at night. I do have to praise God for all the help He is giving me right now. Tonight when I came home from work my ankle was pretty swollen so I iced it and took 800 MG of ibuprofen to help with the swelling. Anyway thanks for reading and have a good night sleep.

I guess I am not going to run today :(. I need to take a day off because of my ankle being swollen. I am not sure about tomorrow, but I will wait until then before I make any decisions. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

I had a really good run this morning with Kory. We had great conversation and I am so thankful that he is will to help me train for my races coming up, Thanks Kory! I started to get really tired toward the end of the run, but that is because I forgot to take my inhaler. But overall I am very happy. I have to go out of town tomorrow so I will not be running but that is ok because I need a day off. Anyway thanks for reading and have a great day and weekend
