Today’s run was not too bad my pace was 7:53. I saw my next door neighbor yesterday at the GYM and in the conversation he told me that should run a marathon and that I am ready. I don’t think I am ready, I have only been running an average of 35-39 miles a week on the treadmill. I honestly feel I am not sure if I can run the half-marathon very fast right now. Any suggestions??

Barry You are doing great you could do a marathon you have been training steady for a while and you are looking great, you can do it, (think I can I think I can)easy for me to say I am not running long miles yet.

Thank you for the advice, but I just don’t feel ready yet. I guess I need to run a 20 mile test run and see how I feel after that! Also keep up the great work. I can tell you from experience that running six days a week in not very much fun, but worth it in the long run. ha ha
